Shipping and Return Policy

This Shipping and Return Policy shall be deemed as part of your agreement with Waist Training Angels.

This online store is using retail point-of-sale systems of Shopify Inc. Please review their terms and privacy policies before using the Service.

Only acceptable payment instrument being listed on this website shall be used for making your purchase.

The price of listed products and services are subject to change at any time.

All your orders for waist trainers, fitness products or grooming accessories being offered on this website shall be subject to availability of the ordered product.

When you place your order, you may receive an acknowledge message or email against your offer to buy any product or service from the online store. This acknowledgement message or email shall never constitute a confirmation of your order. All your offers to buy any product or service shall be subject to availability and acceptance by Waist Training Angels.

Once your order is processed and payment instrument is charged, you shall receive a confirmation message or email, containing the details of your purchased product, shipping information and expected delivery schedule.

No Refunds

Returns are not allowed but we can replace the product for any of the scenarios below.

 

Exchanges

Damaged

We can exchange goods if they are damaged upon receipt. In circumstances where you consider that a product is damaged, you should promptly contact us at info@waisttrainingangels.com and provide the following information:

Subject: [Order Number] Damaged ex. 12345 Damaged
Body: Attach clear photos that show the damage

We will process a replacement within the next 48 hours if you are eligible. This is not a new order so no order number will be provided. Regular shipping times apply.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if it has been over 10 days since product was delivered or there’s evidence that the damage is due to regular use or in any way caused by the customer.

Size Swap

We can exchange products if you ordered the wrong size. In circumstances where the product you received is not your size, you should promptly contact us at info@waisttrainingangels.com and provide the following information:

Subject: [Order Number] Wrong Size ex. 12345 Wrong Size
Body: Indicate the new size, attach clear photos that show the size, and include the transaction number of the returned package.

You need to send the product unused and in its original packaging to the address we will provide in the email. Shipping charges will apply to such exchanges.

Wrong size

If you believe you have ordered the wrong size, we can change it before it’s shipped if you email a request to info@waisttrainingangels.com and provide the following information:

Subject: [Order Number] Wrong Size item ex. 12345 Wrong Size
Body: Indicate the correct size

Items are fast-moving and if your item already left the warehouse, please refer to Size Swap.

Shipping and Delivery Disclaimer

We are not responsible for items once they leave the warehouse and a tracking number is provided. Therefore, we are NOT responsible for delays, losses, etc. All claims about missing/damaged merchandise must be made directly with the carrier NOT us.
