Lady Menstrual Cup

Designed as an alternative for tampons and pads. Holds 3x more fluid than your regular tampon or pad. Very comfortable, convenient and reliable. Latex-free and hypoallergenic.

How to use:

1. Press sides of the cup together and fold again to form a U-shape and insert like a tampon without an applicator.
2. Your cup will spring open, rotate it until it rest comfortably against the walls of your vagina.
3. To remove, gently pull the stem until you can reach the cup's base. Pinch base of the cup to unseal from the vaginal walls, gently pull it down.
4. Empty contents in the toilet, wash cup with warm water and reinsert.
