For maximum compression, choose our Hourglass Vest.  Our Hourglass Vest is a bit stronger, thicker and sturdier than the Day-to-Day.  It can be worn for high impact cardio workouts or daily if you don’t need to bend or move around too much.  While it takes getting used to, many customers find the Latex Trainer’s restrictive construction our most effective option. We recommend Hourglass Shaper for customers who wear sizes 12 and up because of the additional support it offers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE: Because it is an undergarment, we are unable to accept returns on Waist Trainers. Please choose your size carefully.
